THE GREEN BUSINESS AWARDS 2009
As an awards partner, ITM would like to invite you to enter the business travel category of The Green Business Awards 2009.
The Awards, nicknamed the "Green Globes" are undertaken by Management Today and ENDS. They seek out, measure and applaud the most innovative, ambitious and effective initiatives by UK organisations for achieving reduction of carbon emissions, environmental management and sustainability, and implementing smarter, greener, business best practice.
Judges are looking for leadership in low carbon mobility. Companies undertaking progressive travel practices that have realised real reductions in GHG emissions will be considered. Achievement areas will include reduced staff travel miles, flights avoided, progressive work environments, and procurement of technologies that reduce company travel. Commitment to and accreditation by ITM's Project ICARUS are perfectly aligned with the awards criteria.
Each entry will be benchmarked against business sector and business function key performance indicators.
